Tony was admitted to practice in 1977, after approximately 13 years prior experience in the legal field.  Tony is a general practitioner of the 'old school', renowned and respected for his knowledge of the law, common sense approach and passion for legal practice in the Goulburn Valley Region.

Ric was admitted to practice in 1998.  He returned from two years practising law in Dublin, Ireland to re-join the Firm in 2001.

Ric advises clients on a wide range of legal issues. He is an experienced litigator with expertise in all aspects of commercial proceedings, in particular agricultural disputes, medical negligence, commercial disputes, insurance law and building disputes.

Ric has accumulated significant experience dealing with the complex and technical legal issues related to the trucking industry including RMS/VicRoads prosecutions, NHVAS issues, chain of responsibility, and drafting and advising transport companies on various agreements particular to the industry.

Ric has extensive experience with property and commercial legal issues dealing with a variety of commercial transactions from sales of business and real property (residential, rural and commercial properties), franchise, commercial leases to all manner of commercial agreements.

Sam joined the firm in 2010 as a Personal Assistant.

She is now a Legal Executive in the Property Law Department with particular expertise in residential, commercial and rural conveyancing and water transactions.
